What we do

Based in Rathmines, every job we take on starts with a proper look at what's actually there. Guttering that's pulling away, downpipes blocked solid, fascia boards that have been patched over for years. We work with what we find and give an honest assessment before anything else.

Materials and profiles

We install and repair across a full range of systems and profiles.

Timber fascia is something we see regularly. Softwood rot remediation on older houses around D6 and D6W is part of the work, stripping back the affected boards before any uPVC casing goes on top.

Area we cover

We cover Rathmines and the surrounding southside, roughly as far as Rathgar, Ranelagh, Terenure, and Churchtown. Scoil Bhríde on Fortfield Road is about as far south as we typically travel for a standard call-out, though we do take on larger jobs a bit further out.

How we work

A gutter system that looks fine from the ground can have bracket spacing problems causing pooling, it only shows up once you run water through it. We check fall and alignment on every job, not just the obvious breakages. The fascia board condition tells you a lot about how long the guttering has been failing.

Payment terms

• No deposit required on smaller repair jobs
• A deposit of 30% is required on full installations or larger replacement work
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payment on completion
• Invoice issued on the day for all works carried out
