Warm evenings do not last long here. We know that better than most. A well-laid patio means you catch every hour of decent weather your garden gives you, rather than looking at a cracked, uneven slab and putting the chairs back inside.
We work across CV31, CV32 and the wider Warwickshire area. Materials we use regularly:
A lot of customers come to us wanting that traditional York-stone look, chunky flags with character. Fair enough. However, natural stone needs sealing, it stains, and in a wet Warwickshire winter it can get slippery fast. Vitrified porcelain is a different animal entirely. It is fired at extreme temperatures, it barely absorbs water, and the colours stay true for years. We often spec a flame-textured granite anti-slip finish on steps and raised areas where grip matters. Both options have their place. We will tell you honestly which one suits your garden and your budget.
The base is everything. I have seen patios put down by others (I am not exactly innocent of a rushed job early in my career, so I will not throw stones) that start lifting within two winters. We dig properly. We get the falls right. Drainage sorted before a single slab goes down.
We measure accurately. We quote fairly. We show up. We clean up. You get a finish that lasts.
The Blue Lias on the Old Warwick Road is more or less our local. Most of our work is within a short drive of there, right across Leamington Spa. Call us on 01926 244158 or Head over to Leamington Spa Patios to see more of our work.
Worth it.
